1. Seattle Seahawks (11-5): The Seahawks used to win this division when it was the toughest division in the league and it was impressive. Those days are long gone and they basically win it by default anymore. They did just make a huge addition with trading for Sheldon Richardson, which will help that solid but aging defense. The Hawks need to hope that they can run the ball better than they did last year if they hope to make a charge through the playoffs.
2. Arizona Cardinals (8-8): If the Cardinals have any hope for success this season they will need Carson Palmer to carry this team where David Johnson can't. They have a young defense and they will have to hope they play well together if they even want to think for returning to the playoffs.
3. San Francisco 49ers (5-11): New head coach Kyle Shanahan will have to do some of his best work to get the most out of this offense, but with one of the most underrated mediocre QBs in the league in Brian Hoyer, I think it is possible for him to do. The Niners also have some young additions on the defensive side of the ball and hope to fill some big holes that they had last season.
4. Los Angeles Rams (3-13): The Rams as we all know are in a mega reset on both sides of the ball. As of right now they seem to have one of the least talented rosters in the NFL, I think it might even be lucky for them to win the 3 games I have them winning this season.
