Goody's 2017 NFL Predictions: AFC East

1. New England Patriots (13-3): The defending Super Bowl Champs somehow someway improved their roster coming into the 2017 season. The only thing preventing this team from making a run at an undefeated season will be the injuries they suffered in the preseason, losing guys like Edleman, however it will not detour them from making a 2nd Super Bowl run.

2. Miami Dolphins (7-9): Adam Gase is hoping that Jay Cutler can come out of retirement and play to the same form that he did when they were paired up in Chicago a few years ago. Other than that they need Ajayi to carry this team to even have thoughts of being in the playoff hunt this year.

3. Buffalo Bills (6-10): The Bills look to head into the 2017 season with a new lease on life with new head coach McDermott. The problem with that is that they lack depth on both sides of the ball and suffer with a tough schedule as well, it will be another year of waiting for Bills fans.

4. New York Jets (2-14): Once again the Jets have hit the reset button on the rebuild mode. They just traded probably the only real talent on their roster in Sheldon Richardson to the Seahawks right before roster cuts. I think giving them 2 wins on the season was generous.
