1. Seattle Seahawks (12-4): This team is the closest thing to a complete team in the NFL. On the offense they have a solid QB, powerful RBs, a good WR corp and offensive line. On the other side of the ball, as we seen last season, their defense has the power to shut down any high powered offense in the league.
2. San Francisco 49ers (11-5): The 49ers are also pretty close to be a complete team. Kaepernick now has game tape for their opponents to view, I don't see him emulating the same success as he did last year. Their front 7 on defense is one of the scariest in the NFL, but their secondary has a few question marks.
3. St. Louis Rams (7-9): The Rams are looking to improve from last year after going 4-1-1 in their division and still ending up with a losing record. Bradford has to throw more than just 21 TD passes if they expect to excel in this tough division, I will give it at least one more year before this team returns to the post season.
4. Arizona Cardinals (5-11): Bruce Arians will find out quickly that he doesn't have an Andrew Luck caliber QB under center. Carson Palmer is a washed up diva who will be okay but when they need him to make a drive and win a game, expect a turnover.
