Historical Matchup Prop Bets for Super Bowl XLVII

These are the historical prop bets for Super Bowl XLVII that Goody wasn't able to go over in yesterday's episode of Sports Talk 920.

Bet: Who will have more have more tackles? Line: Ray Lewis XLVII -5.5 vs. Ray Lewis XXXV (5 tackles) Goody's Pick: Since I don't expect big passing stats for Kaepernick, I am expecting dinking and dunking as well as a lot of stuffed runs. I am taking the over here.

Bet: Who will have more passing yards?
Line: Steve Young in Super Bowl XXIX (325 yards) vs. Colin Kaepernick in Super Bowl XLVII +89.5 yards Goody's Pick: As I stated on the show, which this bet is close to his average (236), I am going with the under.

Bet: Who will have more rushing yards?
Line: Steve Young in Super Bowl XXIX (49 yards) vs. Colin Kaepernick in Super Bowl XLVII - pick 'em
Goody's Pick: Since I again went under on the show for his prop bet of 50.5 yards, going to stick with it, going with the under.

Bet: Who will have the longest rush?
Line: Steve Young (-130) had a 21-yard rush in Super Bowl XXIX versus Colin Kaepernick (even)
Goody's Pick: Steve Young, all day

Bet: Who will have more rushing yards?
Line: Jamal Lewis, 102 yards in Super Bowl XXXV versus Ray Rice in Super Bowl XLVII +30.5 rushing yards
Goody's Pick: Standing by history with this one, sticking with Jamal Lewis
